This movie tells the story
of Lee Holloway, a disturbed young woman who had suffered a mental
breakdown and has just been released from an institution. As a way to
deal with her internal pain, Lee had taken to regularly cutting
herself, a habit which she resumed when she was released from the
institution. She got a job as a secretary and developed a
sadomasochistic relationship with her boss. Jeremy Davies plays Peter,
Lee's passive, unassuming boyfriend.
